Borussia Dortmund Renews AIDA Cruises Partnership

German cruise company AIDA Cruises has extended its cooperation with Borussia Dortmund. 

AIDA will support the Bundesliga club for another two seasons until 2016. Aida are one of Dortmund’s longest ever partners having been a sponsor since 2004.

“AIDA and BVB have a long and successful partnership,” said Michael Ungerer, President of AIDA Cruises. “Both brands have strong affinity carrier. We look forward to continuing this successful relationship.”

Under the cooperation several AIDA-football cruises are planned with the Evonik-football school of BVB from Hamburg again.

“We are convinced that we now go with AIDA the next step and will intensify the partnership further, especially internationally,” says Hans-Joachim Watzke, CEO at home Borussia Dortmund.
