AFC Wimbledon Renew Nongshim Sponsorship

English Football League Two team, check AFC Wimbledon have announced an extended sponsorship deal with Nongshim and Korea Foods for the new season.

The sponsorship deal with Nongshim started in January and it has been well received by AFC Wimbledon fans and the local Korean community.

As part of this agreement, story Korea Foods, medic | the New Malden based official distributor of Nongshim in the UK, launched a score prediction competition for Dons fans through their facebook page. 

Charlie Kim, Team Manager of International Sales at Nongshim, said: “We saw great results from our sponsorship of the Nongshim Stand.  AFC Wimbledon is in the heart of the Korean community in London and we hope we can encourage more AFC Wimbledon fans to try some of our Korean food.  My team and I look forward to having the chance to come to London and watch as many matches as we can this season.”

Ivor Heller, Commercial Director at AFC Wimbledon, added: “I’m delighted that Nongshim have renewed their sponsorship for this season. We are committed to working closely with Nongshim and Korea Foods in order to see the progression of this relationship.  The partnership has grown significantly since the deal was agreed in January. I am looking forward to the AFC Wimbledon Korea day this season along with the various tasting sessions that will be taking place once again.”
